LaToya's deep connections throughout Greater New Haven extend far beyond volunteerism. As a Board Member of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater New Haven, she serves on the Operations Committee, providing guidance on employee relations, contributing to employee handbook revisions, and supporting policy review initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and compliance.![]()

Her commitment to community continues through her service as a Board Member and Secretary of the TJAY Autism Foundation, where she helps shape the organization's strategic direction and governance. Through maintaining official records and meeting minutes, coordinating board communications, and ensuring effective governance practices, LaToya helps build the strong organizational foundation that allows the mission to thrive and expand its impact throughout our community.![]()

She also currently serves as Financial Secretary for the New Haven Club of the National Association of Negro Business & Professional Women's Clubs, Inc. In her spare time, LaToya gives back to the community by providing notary services. These leadership roles reflect more than service; they demonstrate the power of Ties.
